Please make the exclusions user-editable.

For example, URLs starting with the following are not actually images:

https://www.google.com/searchbyimage?image_url=
https://imgops.com/
https://iqdb.org/?url=
https://saucenao.com/search.php?url=

There may be others, it would be nice to be able to specify them.
