New option - suppress confirmation dialogs

Would it be possible to have an option to suppress the confirmation dialogs? i.e. just open the new tab without asking. Just takes out a step that mildly irritates!

Sadly the confirmation dialogues were only added due to a forced requirement from the Google and Mozilla review teams.
