Updating from Web Cam

There is a local web site that has two web cams that I want to use for my desktop and have them update every few minutes, as the images on the web site updates. I can set the Wallpaper to the current images based on the images' URLs, but there is no setting to update.
If I try to set the Crawler to the URLs, it just shows a black screen.

How do I get the program to periodically update from a web cam that is not in a pre-set list.

Yeah that's a super interesting use-case huh!

I will see if I can get the crawler to take non html single image's, that'll do the trick.
