Multiwall has no resolution limits.
When I wrote the app the first time, it was for a 2560x1600 screen setup and I use it for a 3840x2160 x 3 setup today.

The numbering doesn't make a difference. The numbering is also given by Windows not Multiwall itself, however there are different methods which result in different numbering. Sadly the confirmation dialogues were only added due to a forced requirement from the Google and Mozilla review teams.

Thanks for the additional info. I have added a fix to hopefully prevent updates routines from running if you have updates turned off. You will see that in the next update once I release it. When it tries to update: Un-tick "Check for updates", and only then click "No Thanks". It shouldn't check after that, otherwise there might be a bug. If you change your mind and want to update, you can right click the tray icon and hit "Check for updates". As for the th...
